Arudy (2 234 inhabitants, altitude 140m) is a cradle of prehistory. The first men in the valley lived in caves and left traces of their passage (paintings, objects, arts). The museum presents the history and archeology of the region and an exhibition on the Parc National des Pyrénées and Ossau marble.
