30 sign-posted circuits (from a 30-min ramble to a one-day hike) to make you discover the middle mountain under various aspects. Yellow signs (PR).

This circuit stretches over 100 km in 7 stages (Eaux-Chaudes/Laruns/Bilhères/Louvie-Juzon/Port d'Aste/Col d'Aubisque/Eaux-Bonnes/Eaux-Chaudes) in low and middle mountain (400 to 1800 m of altitude). For experienced hikers. Signs in yellow and red (GRP).

Important network of signposted footpaths from the various access points to the park (Bious-Artigues, Artouste-Fabrèges, Pourtalet). Topoguide (14 sheets) sold in bookshops, specialist shops and at the Maison du Parc in Laruns.
The famous ‘GR 10’ crosses the Ossau valley between the Ayous pass (near Bious-Artigues) and the cirque of Litor (near Gourette). Itinerary for experienced hikers even if the technical level is not very high. Signs in white and red.

The Ossau section of the route to Santiago de Compostela: route crossing the Ossau valley from Bruges up to the French-Spanish border. It can be walked over five stages and carries on on the Spanish mountainside until Sabinanigo. Signs in yellow and blue. Topoguide being created.
